As the end of the year approaches, we want you to know that we aren’t going anywhere. Our intake team is fully staffed from early December through late January and we are committed to supporting clients throughout the holiday period.

  • Uninterrupted availability: We are open, and prioritising urgent referrals and services.
  • Continuity of care: One-off initial assessments are available to ensure clients don’t go without support.

Our holiday hours

8.30am – 5.00pm weekdays, except for public holidays:

  • Thursday 25 December: closed
  • Friday 26 December: closed
  • Thursday 1 January: closed
