Our core services are Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Speech Pathology. We provide expert, person-centred support to adults in their homes and communities across Greater Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula.
We bring a highly tailored approach to every home visit. Our experienced team ensures that every session has a direct, positive impact on your independence and safety at home.
Home safety assessments, equipment recommendations, and modifications (like rails or chairs) to make daily living activities (dressing, showering, cooking etc.) easier.
Mobility, strength and balance training to reduce falls and help you move confidently at home and outdoors.
Support for clear communication and safe swallowing, helping you safely enjoy meals and stay connected.
Getting started is simple
Option 1: Call us first (03 9885 2533)
We can discuss what support you need, giving you the right information for your My Aged Care or Home Care Package provider.
Option 2: Ask your Care Manager
Tell your current provider you want to use Independent Rehabilitation Services, and they will send us a direct referral.
Option 3: Private Bookings
You can self-refer and pay privately while your government package is being assessed.
