Tara is an Occupational Therapist with experience across public and private sectors, supporting people of all ages across both hospital and community settings. She has experience in home modifications, equipment prescription, falls prevention, and supporting older adults to maintain their independence and continue living safely in their own homes.

Tara is passionate about helping people maximise their independence, participation, and quality of life by working collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to achieve meaningful outcomes. She has particular interests in upper limb rehabilitation, cerebral palsy, multidisciplinary practice and research.

Outside of work, Tara enjoys travelling, exploring Melbourne’s coffee scene, and learning languages, including French, German, and Hindi. She also loves being creative through art and craft, DJing, and is always looking for opportunities to learn something new.
