Lauren graduated with a Master of Occupational Therapy Practice from Monash University in 2025. Since graduating, she has gained experience working within the aged care sector, supporting older adults with a range of functional, cognitive, and mobility needs in the community setting. She has clinical experience completing functional and cognitive assessments, prescribing assistive equipment, and supporting clients with home modifications to maximise safety and independence.

Lauren is passionate about delivering client-centred care and believes that every individual has unique goals, values, and life experiences that should be respected and incorporated into therapy. She enjoys working collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop practical and meaningful solutions that support independence and quality of life.

Outside of work, Lauren plays soccer in a local league and formerly represented Australia internationally in badminton. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the gym, and pursuing creative interests in photography and videography.
