Julia qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2018.

Julia prides herself on her friendly and caring nature and her ability to develop strong working relationships. She likes a challenge and collaboratively working with clients, families and teams to achieve best outcomes. She loves a laugh too and likes to not take things too seriously.

Julia has been working with IRS since January 2021, and says she has ‘loved every day of it so far!’. She likes that no day is the same, and that all her clients are so unique.

Julia has always had a keen interest in neurological conditions. Whilst at university, Julia took on volunteer positions at CoHealth and the Cure for MND Foundation. She worked in residential Aged Care prior to coming across to IRS, primarily for its exposure to a diverse range of neurological conditions (and she loves working with this population also!).

Outside of work Julia enjoys gardening, spending time with friends and family, cooking, travelling, and playing with her cat.
