Georgia graduated from Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2018 and began her career at IRS as a new graduate. She has since gained valuable experience working in Darwin and remote Northern Territory communities, supporting adults and children with disabilities, including a range of neurological conditions, where her roles largely focused on equipment prescription. After gaining further experience in private community disability settings in Melbourne, Georgia is excited to return to IRS in 2026 as a Senior Occupational Therapist.

Georgia is passionate about equitable healthcare and advocating for her clients. She has extensive experience supporting people with neurological conditions, including acquired brain injury, multiple sclerosis and spinal cord injury. She has a particular interest in assistive technology and equipment prescription to help people maximise their independence. Georgia highly values understanding the lived experience of her clients and finding out what is most important to them, when working collaboratively to achieve their goals.
