Chloe started at IRS as a new graduate in 2020 after completing her Bachelors of Occupational Therapy at Australian Catholic University. Chloe has spent her time working within community neurological rehabilitation, with a strong passion for working with clients and their families in achieving meaningful goals.

Applying a client-centred approach to rehabilitation, Chloe is motivated by working collaboratively with each client to identify their unique needs and strengths to ensure therapy is specifically tailored to their goals and everyday environments.Chloe has a strong interest in supporting clients with cognitive retraining, managing challenging behaviours and addressing sexual health and intimacy. Chloe enjoys working with her clients in their local environments whether that be their home, local community or workplace.

– Cognitive rehabilitation
– Behaviour and sensory regulation
– Posture and pressure care
– ABI related fatigue
– Falls

Chloe supports her clients to explore:
– Building independence in daily routines/activities
– Sexual health and intimacy post injury
– Accessing supported disability accommodation
– Accessing specialised assistive technology and equipment
– Accessing meaningful environments/groups in the community
– Holiday planning
– Carer and family training

Outside of work Chloe enjoys being by the beach, reading and spending time with her golden retriever, Bowie.

This year Chloe will celebrate 6 years with IRS.
