What we are doing to help keep you safe

  • Closely following the advice of both the Victorian and Commonwealth Governments as the trusted source of coronavirus related information.
  • Providing ongoing staff training on infection control and hand hygiene and undertaking these activities pre and post every session.
  • Our clinicians wear surgical masks at all times and face shields where practical.
  • Using Full Personal Protective Equipment where appropriate.
  • Screening our clients to identify anyone at risk.
  • Ensuring any staff who are unwell do not return to work until they have been tested for Covid-19 and return a negative test result
  • Implementing a Covid Safe Plan as required by the Victorian Government
  • Maintaining electronic registration of everyone entering our clinic using QR code scanning.

Our team has been successfully conducting sessions with our clients using Telehealth. 

We put you at the centre of our therapy and our Telehealth service will be designed to meet our high clinical standards and support you to achieve your goals.

Appointments at our rooms

It is very important that if you display any coronavirus symptoms on the day of your appointment you cancel your appointment and get tested as a priority.

For appointments at our rooms, we have the following infection control procedures in place to keep you and our staff safe.

When you arrive at our office, the front door will be locked and you will need to call reception (03) 9885 2533 or ring the doorbell to advise that you have arrived.

Unless you have an exemption, you will need to wear a mask before our staff will let you into the reception area. Upon entering, you will be required to scan a QR code with the camera or app on your phone. If you are unable to do this we can sign you into our system directly. We only ask for your name, email address and phone number in the case of contact tracing. Your data is deleted after 2 months and we do not use your data for marketing purposes.

We will ask you a number of coronavirus screening questions before your appointment begins.

Identifying COVID-19 symptoms

The most common symptoms of COVID-19 infection include

  • Fever
  • Breathing difficulties, breathlessness
  • Cough
  • Sore throat
  • Fatigue or tiredness.
