Darren Fung

Darren graduated with a Doctor of Physiotherapy from The University of Melbourne in 2022. Darren’s interest in neurological conditions stems from his experience in the acute, subacute and community settings. It is in the latter, that he thrives on the challenge and journey of helping patients recover from a neurological event and where his passion for rehabilitation deepened.

He believes in a holistic approach, understanding the importance of mental, social and emotional wellbeing and utilises that knowledge to build strong relationships and help patients achieve their goals.

His clinical experience includes but is not limited to stroke, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injuries and chronic pain.

Outside of work, Darren enjoys pushing himself to his physical limits playing tennis, snowboarding and hiking as well as going to music events.

Darren speaks Cantonese (professional working proficiency level).
