Independent Rehabilitation Services Travel Costs Update 2023/24
Independent Rehabilitation Services (IRS) is advising you about changes to the travel costs which will be introduced from 10 July 2023 in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, these can be found on the NDIS website.
The NDIS Pricing Arrangements specify that we are permitted to charge $0.97 a kilometre, to charge for parking and the full cost of road tolls.
IRS will now charge:
- a travel rate of $0.97/km and
As per our current service agreements and in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements, IRS will continue to charge:
- $5.00 per trip, for road toll travel
- parking fees will be passed on in full
** Please note there is no change to the hourly rate for Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Speech Pathology as per the new NDIS Pricing Arrangements **
