Your Presenter
Matthew Fong is a Speech Pathologist at Independent Rehabilitation Services with expertise in a range of neurological conditions, including Traumatic Brain Injury, Stroke, and Aphasia, and a strong interest in social communication and aphasia therapy.
His passion lies in supporting clients to achieve functional communication goals that enable them to participate in meaningful activities and improve their quality of life, whether it’s returning to work, public speaking, or social interaction.
Matthew’s commitment to improving communication extends beyond individual therapy having established the ABI Social Group at IRS and his current position as Speech Pathology Clinical Lead and Mental Health First Aider.
