Using Google Calendar to Improve Memory and Organisation after Brain Injury
This half-day workshop will provide an opportunity for allied health professionals to develop skills in using Google Calendar as a memory-rehabilitation approach, based on best-practice evidence.
Facilitated by Susan Petrie, Senior Occupational Therapist and Kate Phillips, Practice Principal at Independent Rehabilitation Services.
This workshop is aimed at allied health professionals who work in neuro-rehabilitation and provide or wish to provide memory rehabilitation training with clients.
Content to be covered:
- Use of Electronic Memory Aids after brain injury
- Intervention and protocol used to improve functional memory including Google CalendarResults from the recent Google
- Calendar research study completed in Melbourne
- Provide resources and discussion outcome measures used in the Google Calendar research study.
